Quick answers about access, payment, subscription, refunds, privacy and certificates.
Access and account
How do I sign in for the first time?
After payment, you get an email with your first-access link. There you just create your password and you are in — there is no separate sign-up. If the link expires, the page itself asks for a new one for the same email.
I forgot my password. What now?
On the sign-in screen, use “Forgot my password” and enter the email you used to buy. If there is an account with it, you get a link to create a new password.
I signed in but cannot see the lessons.
The Home, Lessons and Community tabs only show up when your subscription is up to date. If they are gone, your subscription is suspended or ended: open My subscription to see what happened and how to get back.
How do I change the language or theme?
In your account menu (your initials, top right) you choose the language and the light or dark theme. The theme is saved to your account.
Payment and PIX
Which payment methods are there?
Whatever the producer offers at checkout: credit card, PIX or Pix Automático. Products with a free trial accept cards only.
I pay with PIX. How do I pay the renewal?
The PIX for each renewal arrives by email 3 days before the due date. It also shows up in My subscription, in the “Renewal PIX” card, with the QR code and the copy-and-paste code.
How does Pix Automático work?
On the first payment, the same QR code asks you to authorize the renewal debits in your bank app. After that, the bank debits automatically on the due date. If a debit does not go through, you get an email and can pay with PIX in My subscription. If the authorization is declined or canceled in the bank app, the next renewals arrive by email, just like regular PIX.
What happens if a renewal is not paid?
The subscription becomes overdue and access continues for a few days. After the producer’s deadline, access is suspended and, later, the subscription is canceled. The deadlines are shown in My subscription. Paying the open charge restores access.
Where are my receipts?
In My subscription, in the billing history: each paid charge has a “Receipt” link with a version ready to print or save as PDF.
Subscription and cancellation
How do I cancel my subscription?
In My subscription, use “Cancel subscription” and confirm in the same card. Canceling turns off the renewal: no new charge is made.
Do I lose access as soon as I cancel?
No. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and the date is shown in My subscription. The exception is a subscription suspended for non-payment: then the cancellation takes effect immediately and nothing else is charged.
I canceled and changed my mind. Can I go back?
Yes, as long as the paid period has not ended: use “Reactivate subscription” in My subscription. The renewal is back on and nothing is charged right away.
My access was suspended. Why?
A renewal stayed unpaid past the producer’s deadline. The suspended-access screen shows what happened. With a PIX subscription, pay there; with a card, contact the producer using the details in My subscription.
Refunds
How do I request a refund?
In My subscription, in the billing history, the first charge of the subscription shows “Request refund” and the last day to request it. The reason is optional. Then follow its status in “My refund requests”.
How long do I have to request?
The product’s guarantee period, counted from the payment of the first charge, with a minimum of 7 days: for online purchases, the Brazilian Consumer Code (art. 49) guarantees you can withdraw within 7 days without giving a reason. The platform checks the deadline; the billing history shows the last day.
What if the producer offers a longer guarantee?
Some producers announce, before purchase, a guarantee longer than the 7 days required by law. In that case, the first charge can have a refund request throughout the announced guarantee.
Can I get a refund for a renewal?
Not through the platform: refund requests are only for the first charge. For renewals and product or billing cycle changes, contact the producer using the details in My subscription. If you do not want the next renewal, cancel before the due date.
Who decides on my request?
The course producer reviews and decides each request. If they decline it, the reason shows up in “My refund requests” and arrives by email. A declined request does not stop you from requesting again while the deadline is still open.
When do I get my money back?
Once the request is approved, the refund goes through the same payment method, and the charge changes to “Refunded” once it is confirmed — you get an email. On cards, the credit shows on your statement according to your bank’s timeline.
Privacy and data
How do I download a copy of my data?
In your account menu, open “Privacy and data” and use “Download my data (JSON)”. The file includes your account, subscriptions, charges, lesson progress, certificates, community activity and privacy requests — never passwords or card details. Up to 5 copies per hour.
How do I exercise my LGPD rights?
In the Privacy Center, under “Make a request”, choose the type (access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal and the others in art. 18 of the LGPD) and describe what you need. Each request gets a protocol number such as LGPD-2026-000123.
How long until my request is answered?
Within 15 days (art. 19 of the LGPD). You get an email when the request is opened and another when it is answered, and you can follow everything in “Your requests”. Each person can have up to 5 open requests at a time.
Can I ask for my account to be deleted?
Yes, with the “Data deletion” type. The MindFlow team reviews the request; some data may be kept when the law requires it, such as tax records of payments, and the answer explains what was done.
Certificates
How do I earn a certificate?
When you complete all the lessons of a course that issues certificates, it is issued automatically and shows up in the Certificates tab.
How do I download my certificate?
In the Certificates tab, use “Download PDF”. The certificate shows your name, the course, the workload (when provided) and a verification code.
How can someone check that a certificate is genuine?
Through the QR code on the PDF, which opens the public verification page with the certificate code. It shows who completed it, the course and the issue date — no sign-in needed.
Contact support
Billing, course access and refunds are handled by the producer of your course. Their contact details are in My subscription.
For personal data matters, use the Privacy Center: each request gets a protocol number and a deadline.
